The owner and founder
Kim Powers is the President and founder of Newton Enterprises, Inc. It was her vision to create a small business enterprise encompassing a broad range of knowledge-based offerings that reflect her family's talent and experience.
Kim is an accomplished professional in the healthcare field, applying her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and her qualifications as a Registered Nurse to deliver timely and conscientious patient care solutions to the public. She also has a creative streak that influences the company's approach to business, ensuring that the knowledge-based solutions that we provide are also delivered with a unique and engaging style.

Andy Powers is the company's Vice President & Senior Consultant and is proud to partner with Kim in business as well as in life. His role is to turn Kim's vision for a thriving enterprise into a reality, dedicating himself full-time to the advancement of each segment of the business.
Our experience and education
Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology and he earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His career has spanned a range of industries from biotechnology to pharmaceuticals to industrial scale manufacturing of value-added nutritive and functional ingredients for both the food and animal feed industries.
Together the partners have nearly 60 years of valuable experience.
